Educated in South Africa as an accountant, I left South Africa in 1996 to get a wider view of the business world and further my education. I received an MBA from University of Edinburgh Management School, specialising in the Economics Business of Strategy and Planning. In my 23 years in business I have experience in all aspects of the business, from sales and marketing to finance and business strategy and planning. My experience is across a range of blue-chip corporations and smaller enterprises. Some projects include:

• Facilitated an in-house senior management team to determine strategic direction of a blue chip Insurance company.


• A public listed consumer rescue service wanted to take an existing call centre offshore. I facilitated the board planning process. We produced a business case process, a responsibility matrix and a project plan.


• A division of a public listed vehicle services company needed to evaluate a high profile tender. I facilitated the tender evaluation process. The team produced a project plan, a risk assessment and a resource requirement list.


• Facilitating the process design of an office moves company. We established the financial procedures and processes to improve cash flow and financial control.


• I facilitated the financial aspects of a joint venture to build an offshore oil rig for a top 250 plc.

During my career I have found that people determine the success or failure of any organisation. Shared goals and purpose raise passions to deliver extraordinary results.
