Contracting & Getting started

If we do decide to work together, there are two options:

Time based -- Your contract is based on a defined number of coaching sessions, where each session lasts from 1 hour up to 2.5 hours. Fees are billed for each set of 4 sessions, in advance.

Retainer -- Your contract is based on a flat fee for an initial 3 month engagement. Flexible options are available for ongoing work following our initial engagement. Fees are billed monthly in advance.
