Feedback & Evaluation -- Our coaching process is structured for you to provide specific feedback to your coach and your corporate sponsor on the progress and effectiveness of the coaching.

Professional Practice -- Lindsay, and our coaching associates are members of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and we all subscribe to its Code of Ethics.
