Groups can develop long term visions and develop specific objectives which meet these visions (2 to 3 day workshop).

This workshop is best run in stages as it’s difficult to get the senior team together. Start with a 1 day session followed by 2 half day sessions spaced about two weeks apart. It allows participants to gather their thoughts.
